all in all everything was very good, had a very comfortable stay on my complete holiday. the breakfast was included and consisted of toast and eggs. the setting was unbeatable, very close to the beautiful merida, the main avenue in merida where there are ample restaurants and an a beautiful beach at mahogany and a highlight tour. it also was in a good area.

The hotel is very new and so are the facilities. It was by far the cleanest hotel we stayed in during our trip in Mexico. The airco is much more silent than at other hotels. The swimming pool is nice and clean towels are provided. They are currently offering very interesting prices. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It is located in the very nice Paseo de Montejo, where there are many restaurants and shops, reasonably close to the city centre and very easy to access by car.
I would not recommend to have dinner or even breakfast at the hotel. It's not too bad, but it's not great, either.

The hotel was a great base for the weekend. I liked spending my time in this tidy and affordable hotel. - the breakfast was enormous, with fruit and vegetables, for instance, and had something for everyone. - the property had a marvelous location very close to Palacio Canton Museum.

I like everything about this hotel. All of the staff was totally outstanding and helpful in every way. Thank you Luis and Patricia. It was very clean and well maintain....everything was spotless. The location was great as we could walk to everything. The buffet breakfast was a+ and gave us the opportunity to try different Mexican food and the service was a + as well. We will go back to this hotel when we return to Merida. We love this hotel!
